Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Domestic shipping takes 5–7 business days. International shipping may take 10–14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused items in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@vsucardgame.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide a return label. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
